I can't praise the quality of servive provided by Resolute Plumbing Services. My hot water heater failed on a Thursday. Thankfully it was under warranty. Todd was on top of it and got a new one ordered immediately and had the new one installed the beginning of the following week. Todd Mayer of Resolute Plumbing Solutions replaced a kitchen faucet set & drain basket, drain system for a bathroom sink, rebuilt an outside frost free faucet, and pressure tested another outside faucet line that hadn’t been used in many years & returned it to working order. He managed this in less than 3 hours despite encountering a couple of surprises. Todd also managed to fit me into his schedule promptly. He explained everything he planned to do, gave me a detailed estimate, was careful about both function and appearance of his work, and charged a fair price. And he’s a really nice guy.
